Open Question: What should I do with this girl?
So I was at a bar with some friends and met this girl. We hit it off and talked for about an hour and I got her number. I called her a couple of days later so we could get together and we made plans for last night. I text her to be sure we were still on and it was a go so i made my way to her house. Well I got there around 6 like we planned and walked up to her door and rang the bell and waited about a minute. No answer. Knocked on the door and waited again. No answer. I was kind of confused so I peered in the window near her front door and saw her in her kitchen clutching a butcher knife. I left immediately and don't know what to take of this.
Open Question: Should I start wearing make-up to look older?
We're currently living in a world where most teenage girls look like they're in their 20s, and the 'hottest' girls that everybody seems to notice have permed hairstyles, Kim Kardashian-like eyelashes, bronzer, inappropriate clothes, over-tweezed eyebrows, pouty lips, and tons of eyeliner on if you get what I mean. Well, I'm almost 19 and am the very opposite of that. I never put make-up on but I feel like I should start now that Im growing older, to look my age at least. Basically, my guy friends see me as a little sister or a girl-next-door plain jane, and everytime my aunts see me, they stare in shock and cant wrap their head around the fact that I am a university student instead of a middle schooler. someone even thought I was 11. 11! lol it's because I have a baby face, am chubby, short, have a tomboyish shirt and baggy jeans 'fashion sense', never put make-up or high heels on, and have plain features that I am starting to realize are too natural and boring in this make-upped society. But if I start putting makeup on, Ill feel FAKE like Im displaying somebody artificial. idk, is it time I start looking like a..woman, start applying make-up and grooming myself more? :/ ugh, gender identity issue.
